In 2007/2008 Faria successfully completed a full mechanical contract on a nine story residential concrete building in downtown Vancouver for Timberline. More recently, in 2008/2009 we worked with Faria Mechanical on a large, two-phase, multi-family site in south Burnaby. They were initially awarded the full mechanical contract on the first phase only of the project. Based on their excellent performance on phase 1, Faria was then awarded the second phase contract.
